研究数据披露和使用政策（2020 年 2 月 1 日制定）

1。目的

　Kochi University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as ``the University'') has one of its basic philosophies as ``creating research results that can contribute to the future of the world''

　研究数据不仅是研究的结果，对于保证研究的完整性也很重要。因此，我校制定了有关研究数据的管理、公开和利用的政策（以下简称“政策”），旨在通过有效管理研究数据来增加研究数据的价值，提高研究的质量和透明度，并通过促进研究数据向社会和研究界的公开和利用，为世界乃至当地社区的未来做出贡献。

2。研究数据的定义

　In this policy, "research data" refers to information collected or generated by researchers in the course of research activities at our university, regardless of whether it is digital or non-digital

3。原理

　The University recognizes that, in principle, researchers who collect or generate research data have the right and responsibility to manage that research data

4。研究数据管理

　Researchers must recognize that research data management is essential when conducting research, and must manage research data in accordance with the legal and ethical requirements of each research field, taking into account the characteristics of each research field

5。研究数据的发表

　本大学将根据各研究领域的特点，遵循各研究领域的法律和伦理要求，尽可能向社会公开研究数据并促进其利用。

6。支持研究数据的管理、出版和利用

　我们大学将创造一个支持研究数据的管理、出版和利用的环境。

　本政策将根据社会和学术状况的变化进行适当的审查。
